Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply when you access or use the ReVive mobile application, website, or related services.

By using ReVive, you agree to these Terms and to the ReVive Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use ReVive.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

ReVive is a product intended to help users scan items, make recycling-related decisions, and track related activity or progress.

ReVive does not provide legal advice, municipal compliance advice, environmental certification, engineering guidance, or professional waste-management services.

Any classification, suggestion, scan output, or impact estimate may be incomplete, generalized, or inaccurate. You remain responsible for your final recycling or disposal decisions and for checking local rules where needed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide reasonably accurate information and to keep your account information up to date.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe the Service is being misused, if security is at risk, or if these Terms are violated.

You may submit photos, scans, text, notes, recycling entries, and other User Content through ReVive.

You keep ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it you grant ReVive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and modify that content as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content and that doing so does not violate law or the rights of others.

You may not use ReVive to break the law, interfere with normal operation, bypass restrictions, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the Service, upload infringing or harmful material, or disrupt the experience of other users.

You also may not use the Service in a way that creates security risks, abusive traffic, fraudulent activity, or competitive misuse.

ReVive may rely on third-party services, infrastructure providers, analytics tools, support tools, or platforms such as the Apple App Store.

Those third parties operate under their own terms and policies, and ReVive is not responsible for their conduct, availability, or payment handling.

Except for User Content you submit, the Service and its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and related intellectual property belong to ReVive or its licensors.

You may not copy, sell, redistribute, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works from the Service except where allowed by law or by our written permission.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of ReVive at any time, with or without notice, to the extent allowed by law.

We are not obligated to maintain any specific feature, workflow, or level of availability.

We may terminate or restrict your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal or operational risk, or used the Service in a harmful way.

When access ends, permissions granted to you under these Terms also end, except where a provision is intended to survive termination.

ReVive is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and security.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReVive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for losses relating to profits, data, business opportunity, or goodwill.

Any direct liability of ReVive will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law and as specifically stated in these Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law, subject to consumer protection rules that may apply in your jurisdiction.

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Our failure to enforce one provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ReVive after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
